The SEE'S factory by our house? Now, WHY would someone who doesn't eat sugar go THERE?

Thing Two won a certificate for one pound of See's candy (or the $ equivalent). THAT'S why! Dontcha just LOVE how blissed-out she looks?

And HERE she is with the selection she chose - everything in multiples of three for sharing with Thing One & Hubby (awwww). I was quite pleased with how quickly she decided what she wanted; I know she set a personal record. The lady there was really helpful. Actually, she realized after we walked out that the reason she had to put in extra of one kind was that she'd forgotten to put in one of the other kinds T2 had chosen, so she chased us down in the parking lot, had us come back in, and gave us those three candies IN ADDITION TO what she'd already given us. Now, THAT'S service!
Oh, and to answer the question I KNOW you're asking: YES, the lady tried to push a free sample at me when we first got there. NO, I did NOT accept it. I politely said, "No, thanks; I'm good." I knew that if I'd said something about "no sugar", she would have tried to give me a sample of a sugar-free candy, etc., so this seemed the easiest way. It smelled GREAT in there, but I didn't have one bit!
