Some folks worry that I'm not eating enough and am going to "waste away". For those folks, here's a picture of a very typical dinner for me: protein; cooked veggies; salad/raw veggies (with full-fat dressing, no less!), and some sort of whole grain (or starchy vegetable like potato or sweet potato). This will be followed later this evening by a cup of 2% milk. While it may not always look the same in volume, what I eat is always the same amount by weight.
As you can see, this is plenty of food. I am in no danger of wasting away. That is all. End of public service announcement. We now return you to your regularly-scheduled programming.
