My apologies for getting SOOO behind on posting our road trip pictures. While we were staying with our friends in Beaverton, I wasn't able to get on their WiFi till right before we left, so the only time I could post was from my iPhone when we were out & about & able to get 3G. Soooo....now, to catch up.
Allow me to sum up:
We barely scratched the surface of Portland. I LOVED IT! Portland is fabulous; I can see why people love to live there.
Portland is at LEAST as weird, alternative, and crunchy-granola as San Francisco, if not MORESO. Just sayin'.
It was really encouraging to see so many friends at the Portland church's 20th anniversary, though we were disappointed that Andrew and the Skinners were the only ones from the original team who made it. DUDES, you had a TWO-YEAR advance notice on this. C'mon! (Franny, you are exempt from this chastisement, due to your special circumstances.)
