Andrew's faaaavorite Christmas present this year was a meat grinder attachment for the KitchenAid mixer. He and Thing Two had fun grinding up a combination of duck and pork (side pork from the local Asian supermarket), then seasoning it. We had burgers for days, LOL. Once he gets more experienced with figuring out how to balance the seasoning, he'll break out the sausage stuffer attachment he also got, buy some edible casings, and make duck sausages. Mmmmm....
