NO, not Jerry – Penelope, the quirky, lovable tech guru character (former queen of hacking) on the television show “Criminal Minds”. To counteract the grisly darkness she contacts as she supports FBI profilers, Garcia surrounds herself with things that are bright and full of fun and typically dresses in bright, retro outfits. I dare you to watch a few episodes without wanting to hang out with her. (Warning: The show is rated “TV14” with good reason.)
