Hubby had fun yesterday experimenting with cooking ribs in the new oven. No, they weren't the same as ribs done on the Weber, but they were still durn good! Me, I'm grateful that he made 1/2 of them with a dry rub instead of barbecue sauce so that I could have some, too. Look - he even took my meat off the bones for me (without my asking) and weighed it out for me. Awwww, what a swell guy I've got!
