Taking a Risk

Got together with some friends tonight and took a risk by baking a cake I hadn't made before - Apple Pecan Spice Cake. I used a recipe and didn't just wing it since it can be so challenging to make something new when you can't taste it to see if it's any good!! It sure looked purty and smelled good, though. (Everyone said it tasted good.)
