Before we trooped off to dinner, my mom pulled out a picture from her grandparents' 50th anniversary. I'm certainly glad our girls had a better time celebrating Poppa and Nana than my mom appeared to have celebrating her grandparents, LOL.

Major Milestone
Late July found us celebrating a major milestone: My parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We only got one picture that evening, but it actually has all seven of us - unheard of! Good thing it turned out so well. (Coming soon to a Christmas card near you....) Not pictured: The bottle of fancy champagne we managed to stealthily pay to have delivered to the table as soon as we arrived. It was SUCH a coup to catch my parents by surprise that way!
